Hi, I’m Steve, Founder of SBI Training.

I’ve spent my career training and advising data and BI teams across the world. Delivering hands-on education, speaking at major industry conferences, and working with organizations at every stage of data maturity. I’m a Microsoft MVP and have trained thousands of professionals across the globe.

I’m also the co-founder of Analytic Endeavors, a boutique data consultancy founded in 2024. Today, Analytic Endeavors operates across the U.S., U.K., and Europe. After years in large consultancies, we built a firm focused on high-skill, high-impact delivery, bringing enterprise-grade expertise without the inefficiencies of scale.

Across both training and consulting, I kept seeing the same problem: teams attend courses, consultants deliver solutions, but capability doesn’t stick. Once the engagement ends, progress slows and value erodes.

That’s why I built a delivery-led training model.

Instead of teaching tools in isolation or delivering solutions behind closed doors, teams work on a real business problem, build a working solution, and develop the capability to own and extend it long after the engagement ends.
