  1. Pre-Camp Scoping

    Stakeholders meet with Consultants to identify and qualify a single high-value business problem with clear ROI potential, data feasibility, and success criteria.

  2. Foundational Training Access

    All participants receive access to on-demand fundamentals training. Optional instructor-led fundamentals sessions are available for teams that need alignment before building begins.

  3. Learning Lab Plus (Two 1-Day Session)

    Two full days of guided, hands-on building using industry-relevant data and scenarios. Instructors lead design and unblock challenges while attendees actively build solutions to tasks relevant to your identified use case.

    In-person recommended; remote delivery available.

  4. Immersive Build Sprint (5 Days)

    A focused, delivery-led sprint where the client team builds the solution, guided by senior consultants. Output is a working POC or MVP addressing the defined problem, while upskilling the team to apply the approach elsewhere.

    On-Site highly recommended.

  5. Review & Roadmap

    End-to-end solution walkthrough and production-readiness assessment, including risks, gaps, and recommendations. Clear 30–60–90 day roadmap with next-step options.

  6. Ongoing Support

    Built-in support hours post-engagement, with optional managed service or consulting to sustain and evolve the solution.
